The 10S
Wellbeing Age Assessment

Looking at 10 sections of health and wellbeing (all starting with the letter S) allows us to provide you and your patients with a score which will be attention-grabbing for them and a useful tool for you.

Armed with their 'Current Wellbeing Age' and knowing how each section has added to - or subtracted from - it, you can together agree on the best way to spend both time and resources towards better health and a longer life.

The  BSS
"Body Stress Score"

When discussions turn to overall health and wellbeing, it is useful to have a tool that collects just enough information to establish a starting point for how this area is best addressed - and in which order.

This tool is a great basis for 'discovery calls' or to monitor the progress of an on-going management programme.

The medium-length questionnaire produces a graphical representation of the type of stress the person is struggling with currently.

On that basis, recommendations for further investigations and interventions are more easily made.

Send your patient a link, and they can fill out the questionnaire at home.

The  CHEQ
"Comprehensive Health Evaluation
Questionnaire"

In long and complex histories of illness and disability, it is difficult to decipher which symptoms to attribute to what, and which systems demand the more urgent attention.

This comprehensive questionnaire will produce a report which quantifies and graphically illustrates which organs or systems are most likely to require further investigation and/or intervention.

Furthermore, suggestions for the most suitable tests to run are made on the basis of this.

Send your patient a link, and they can fill out the questionnaire at home.

You get access to the data and the in-depth interpretation when they have finished the task.
